US Ambassador in Bangladesh Harry K Thomas visited the opposition leader , Sheikh Hasina’s residence and conveyed his Christmas greetings to Christine, the daughter in law of the opposition leader Sheikh Hasina. He also exchanged greetings with Sheikh Hasina, leader of the opposition and his son Sajib Wajed Joy . Joy and Christine arrived in Bangladesh on Thursday. Its widely speculated that Joy will join politics and would run for a parliament seat from a constituency in Rangpur. His father , distinguished nuclear scientist Dr Wajed Mia , gave hints to Joy’s joining politics.
