Discussions on a probable date on a forthcoming SAARC meeting is going on. It has been informed that Pakistan , the chairperson of SAARC,is holding discussions with other member states. They have also discussed possible dates with the host country Bangladesh. M Morshed Khan, the foreign minister of Bangladesh has informed today that the SAARC summit will be held a mutually convenient time.
