Party from Ruling Coalition in Bangladesh Joins  Religious bigots in Suppressing the Rights of the Ahmadiyas

In Dhaka and Bogra anti-ahmadiya rallies were held by religious bigots and amongst other Dhaka rally was joined by Islami Oikko Jot ,led by Shaikhul Hadith Maulana Azizul Huq, a member of the present four party ruling coalition.

In Bogra police tried to hold back the bigots from getting into the mosque but later reports say that anti-Ahmadiyya bigots, backed by police, yesterday forcibly hung a signboard reading "Place of worship for the Kadianis, no Muslim should be deceived by considering it as a mosque" on an Ahmadiyya mosque at Seuzgari of Bogra.

About 10-12 thousand zealots of the International Khatme Nabuwat Movement on Friday after Juma prayers gathered in Bogra district town and held meeting followed by a rally that continued till 4pm. After the meeting, the religious fanatics brought out a stick procession marching towards the Ahmadiyya mosque in Seuzgari area.At one point, it is alleged, the police replaced the sign board denouncing the Ahmadias rights to be called muslims.
