Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao meets Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Monday for talks on border issues and bilateral trade.
The two are expected to sign a series of agreements, including one on working towards solving the two countries' 50-year border dispute.
On Sunday, Mr. Wen toured toured India's technology hub, Bangalore and urged India and China to work together and create what he called the "Asian century" of information technology. He says India has the advantage in software and China in hardware.
He also visited the Indian Institute of Science and Technology, where a Tibetan protester shouted anti-China slogans. On Saturday, Tibetans protested in front of the Chinese Embassy in New Delhi against Chinese rule in Tibet.
