In recent days several accidents have taken place in the over crowded garment factories in Bangladesh resulting in the loss of lives and limbs . Just last Sunday a multi storied factory building collapsed , killing and injuring several people . More than a hundred people are still feared to have died under the rubbles . In this edition of Hello Washington, questions have been raised about the responsibility lying ahead and also the failure to fulfil the obligations towards the garment workers.
