Matiur Rahman, Editor, Prothom Alo from Dhaka says that a consensus should be established between the government and the opposition regarding reforms in the caretaker government and the Election Commission. Mr. Rahman commented on the recent demands by the 14 parties about reforms in caretaker government and the Election Commission.
