A bill on the amendment of land reform in West Bengal was approved in the state Assembly after nearly a two hour debate. Seventeen members from the government and the opposition bench took part in the discussion. On this occasion the Chief Minister of West Bengal Buddhadev Bhattacharya said that this bill would help in building up cities and industries in West Bengal.
