The right to information act would be implemented in the Indian state of West Bengal from November 1 this year. Amit Kiron Deb, the Chief Secretary of the Indian State of West Bengal announced this on Sunday . Despite the fact that this act was adopted by a few states in India , the communist government in West Bengal took no interest in implementing it.
