In preparation for the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (or SAARC) meeting in the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka, unprecedented security measures have been taken. Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will use his own bullet proof vehicles which have already arrived in Dhalka.
The two-day summit is set to open on Saturday. It will bring together leaders of Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
