Afghanistan has expressed satisfied pleasure in its inclusion in the South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation(SAARC). The Afghan Ambassador in Dhaka Abdul Ghani said that Afghanistan is a part of South Asia and the fact that it has become a SARC member proves that other SAARC countries have a special feeling for Afghanistan.
