In a recently concluded PRSP forum donor countries have asked the government of Bangladesh to curb terrorism and take necessary steps to stop wide corruptions in the country. The donors say that these are the conditions under which assistance can be provided to Bangladesh for its endeavor to reduce poverty significantly. They have also raised the issue of bad governance in Bangladesh. The donors have also clearly said to the government that they do not want any pledges , they want actions.
