The Chief Election Commissioner of Bangladesh Justice M A Aziz has his own proposal for reforming the electoral process in Bangladesh. Speaking to Voice of America he reflected on certain ideas on election campaign and on the accountabilities of the candidates. He, however, said that some laws need to be enacted.
