Amitava Basu works for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the Bhutanese capital Thimpu. In an exclusive interview with VOA Bangla Service Mr Basu talks about Bhutan’s developments,urban infra-structure, poverty alleviation, tourism and language and culture.
