Bangladesh Shipping Agent’s Association are demanding that the fee for using Gantry Crane be exempted. The Port Authority in Chittagong has , in the meantime, imposed this charge.
The agent’s association is boycotting the port and have stopped their ships at the outer anchorage of Chittagong Port.
