The ruling four-party alliance leaders in Bangladesh met on Thursday at the Prime Minister’s office to discuss the response to the opposition's latest letter on dialogue.
Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia chaired the meeting. They will send a reply to the opposition's latest letter, nominating their leaders to discuss the electoral reforms. The 14-party opposition combine led by Awami League has requested that Jamaat should be excluded from the government's panel for discussion on reforms of caretaker government and the Election Commission.
