The Standing Committee of the ruling Communist Party Marxist (CPM) in West Bengal is formulating a 5-year plan, which will create a balance between the industrial expansion and agriculture in this State. Acquiring agricultural land for industrial use was creating a problem and the goal of the Committee is to resolve this issue.
