Ashok Bhattacharya , the Urban Development Minister in the Indian state of West Bengal said that solar power will be used in Kolkata . He said that most of the electricity will be produced through the solar energy. He was speaking at a discussion meeting at Bengal National Chamber of Commerce & Industries . Mr Bhattacharya also said that a water meter would be set up to stop wastage of water in Kolkata.
