In Bangladesh indefinite strike called by Shikkhak Karmachari Oikya Jote was partially observed at non-government high schools, colleges and madrasas on Thursday.
They are on strike to compel the government to accept their demands including 100 per cent basic salary from the government exchequer.
Meanwhile, Jatiya Shikkhak-Karmachari Front will also join the indefinite strike on Saturday.
The principal demand of both the platforms of non-government high schools, colleges and madrasas, is the same.
