Indian Defense minister Pranab Mukherjee says that Indian troops will not be reduced in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir if Pakistan does not stop helping the terrorists in India. Mr Mukherjee was speaking in Kolkata at a meeting against terrorism organized by the state congress.
Pranab Mukherjee said that nearly thirty six thousand people died in terrorist attacks only in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the terrorist attacks in India is not an isolated event , it is a part of a conspiracy. However , he asked people to unify against communalism.
