Bangladesh caretaker government has decided to ratify the United Nations Convention Against Corruption to bring the country's anti-graft measures up to the international standard.
The convention will allow Bangladesh to have access to a comprehensive international cooperation framework for mutual law enforcement assistance, notably in extradition and investigations, and access to ways, means and standards to prevent corruption in both public and private sectors.
