Nazrul Islam Khan , the Joint Secretary- General of Bangladesh Nationalist Party ( BNP) who is also the party spokesperson says that reforms of different nature may take unending time and it may delay elections indefinitely .
Although their party welcomes all necessary reforms , they also think that the caretaker government in Bangladesh should hold election within six months of their assumption of power and hand over the power to the elected representatives in Bangladesh.
Nazrul welcomed the care taker government’s anti –corruption move and said that if some one is convicted of corruption from his party , the party will take necessary action against him. But he also reminded the government not to harass innocent people.
