In 2005, Bangladesh was rocked by a series of bombs across the country, killing and injuring scores of people.
The attacks were blamed on the banned Islamic group, Jumaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh. Its' top leaders were convicted and hanged earlier this year.
After Tuesday’s bomb blast in three cities in Bangladesh, Amir Khasru spoke to an expert on security issues, Major general (rtd) Syed Mohammad Ibrahim.
Syed Ibrahim feels this does not prove JMB has become very active but rather it was done to retaliate.
