BNP Secretary General Khandaker Delwar Hossain urged authorities to release Begum Khaleda Zia and Awami League chief Sheikh Hasina so that an environment for election and democracy may be created.
He also said that an atmosphere for fair politics would be created after withdrawal of the state of emergency as well as the ban on politics. He made the comments while talking to journalists.
