Bangladesh Chief Adviser Dr. Fakhrudin Ahmed met with journalists on Wednesday. The issues he discussed included war criminals, general election etcetera.
Dr. Ahmed said that the caretaker government would welcome it if any aggrieved person takes legal action for trial of the ‘War Criminals’.
He made the remark as the question came up during an exchange of views with Editors of national dailies, news agencies and TV and radio channels.
The Chief Adviser once again categorically said that the stalled general election would be held by December 2008 as per the roadmap of the Election Commission.
