Patients in four hospitals in the capital faced troubles Saturday because of power outages, There was no electricity for almost ten hours on Saturday at Dhaka Shishu Hospital, Shaheed Suhrawardy Hospital, the National Institute of Traumatic Orthopedics and Rehabilitation (NITOR) and the National Institute of Cardio Vascular Diseases (NICVD)
Thousands of indoor and out door patients suffered very badly due to the lack of electricity in those hospitals. Doctors say that even the generator did not work due to lack of diesel.
In another news it says that some employees of a private hospital Apollo went on strike protesting their dismissal.
