Bangladesh Anti-Corruption Commission filed a case against Justice Fazlul Haque, former adviser to caretaker government, on charges of amassing assets illegally and concealing wealth information.
As an adviser to President Iajuddin Ahmed-led caretaker administration, Justice Fazlul Haque held the law, justice and parliamentary affairs, forest and environment, and land portfolios between October 2006 and January last year.
