Dr Shyamali Das, an expert on Mughal Textile and carpet is currently working in Wilson Center of the Smithsonian Institution.
She is exploring and examining the
collection of textile and carpets and gathering research materials to complete
another project of study . She is eventually planning to publish a research
book.
In this exclusive interview with VOA Bangla Service Dr Das speaks about
the project as well as her exploratory research in the Smithsonian Center.
