Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr. Dipu Moni is now in Geneva attending the hearings of International Human Rights Commission.
In an interview with Voice of America Dr. Moni spoke about the US-Bangladesh relations and the upcoming Bangladesh visit of US Assistant Secretary Richard Boucher. She also spoke about the initiative of the Bangladesh Prime Minister regarding a South Asia Task Force to combat terrorism.
Foreign Minister Moni talked about the Indian Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee's Bangladesh trip beginning- 8th of February and the future relations between the two neighboring countries.
Dr. Moni also commented about the hearings of the International Human Rights Commission. She said Bangladesh is against extra judicial killing and will work for preserving human rights.
