Bangladesh Nationalist Party's (BNP) secretary general Khandaker Delwar Hossain said that it might prove suicidal for Bangladesh if corridor passage is given to India in the name of bilateral transit.
The party led by former prime minister Khaleda Zia said the proposed transit facilities to India could endanger the country’s security exposing it to wraths of northeastern rebel groups.
