Bangladeshi-American Morshed Alam has been living in New York for almost two decades now and doing Democratic Party Politics.
Recentl , he was deeply involved in the presidential election campaign and joind the party convention . In 2000 Presidential nomination process he was Al Gore's delegate , as the first Bangladeshi to receive that honor . He has written a book now 'Grassroots Politics' and the book has been placed in this year's 'Ekushey Book Fair', in Dhaka,Bangladesh. Alam hopes the Bengali version of the book will possibly be presented at next year's Dhaka Book fair.
