BNP secretary General Khondoker Delawar Hossain told newsmen at a press conference in Dhaka on Friday that BNP will politically combat any government move to evict party leader Khaleda Zia from her Dhaka Cantonment residence.
Begum Zia’s counsel Barrister Nasiruddin Ahmed Asim said there will be legal challenge to government’s decision.
The government has canceled allotment of her house this week saying that she has been given 2 government owned houses against law after the assassination of her husband late President Ziaur Rahman.
