Rahul Gandhi, leader of All India Congress Council (AICC) is campaigning in West Bengal.
On Friday he spoke at a rally and said that the fight against underdevelopment in the country is more important than fighting terrorism.
Gandhi also said that 40 percent of the funds allotted by the Central Government to the state remained unutilized.
Wherever Mr. Gandhi held the rallies, huge number of people came to see and listen to him.
