Sharif Jamil is Joint-Secretary of Bangladesh Environment Movement ( Bangladesh Poribesh Andolon - BAPA ).
He attended the 11th annual conference of Water Keeper Alliance in New York from June 24th to June 26th.
He also participated in meetings with Bangla community members on his way to NY, in London and also in New York and Washington and discussed Tipaimukh issue .
He stated that the Tipaimukh issue may me
resolved in mutual deliberations with India without going into any kind
of confrontation.
