A parliamentary delegation from Bangladesh led by Awami League (AL) lawmaker Abdur Razzaq returned home after visiting India to see proposed Tipaimukh Dam construction.
Meanwhile, a long march in opposition to the proposed dam reached Sylhet. The long march started from the Central Shaheed Minar in Dhaka after a brief rally.
The long march is aimed at creating awareness among the people against the construction of the Tipaimukh dam as well to form a national unity on the issue.
