President Zillur Rahman has said that despite global recession Bangladesh economy is moving forward as a result of remittance send by millions of Bangladeshi workers working abroad. He was speaking at the International Migrants Day-2009 in Dhaka.
The President also asked the expatriate welfare and overseas employment ministry to be more vigilant and check harassment and fraudulence to workers seeking jobs abroad.
