Bangladesh Ambassador to the United Nations, Dr. A K Abdul Momen attended the 58th Congressional-National Prayer Meeting in Washington.
The Prayer Meeting was addressed by President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
In an interview with Bangla Service, Dr. Momen spoke about the significance of the prayer meeting which started during the Eisenhower administration.
He said the purpose the meeting is peace, prosperity, love and cooperation among people and nations.
