West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadev Bhattacharya has ruled out formation of any new state out of Bengal thus dismissing demands of Gorkha Janamukti Morcha (GJM) to carve out the state of Gorkhaland from Bengal.
He is at best ready to discuss greater autonomy for 3 hill sub-divisions with Government of India and GJM.
