West Bengal Home Secretary and Director General of Police are publicly expressing their differences over the intelligence warning about the deadly Maoist attack on a police camp.
The State Home Secretary Ardhendu Sen said, the DGP Bhupinder Singh failed to act though he received the input two hours before the attack.
Mr. Singh has denied the charges.
