Authorities in Bangladesh say a fire at a clothing factory has killed at least 21 people and injured more than 40 others.
The fire broke out late Thursday at the Garib and Garib Sweater factory in Gazipur, north of the capital, Dhaka.
Firefighters say it took several hours to get the blaze under control. Fire crews were searching the building for more victims.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known. Clothing factories in Bangladesh are prone to fires due to poor safety standards.
Gazipur district authorities formed a three-member probe committee on Friday to investigate the sweater factory fire.
