On Tuesday, former President and military dictator H M Ershad was transferred to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at United Hospital in Dhaka when his condition deteriorated.
Ershad, chairman of the Jatiya Party suffered from a sudden loss of blood which caused a Hypo Volumic Shock. He has overcome the shock and now his blood pressure is normal. The doctors said that he is speaking and eating normally.
H M Ershad is still being kept under observation.
