Khaleda Khatun, a young soccer player from Bangladesh speaks to VOA about her trip to the US and her experience as a soccer player in her country.
A team of twelve young soccer players from Bangladesh came to the United States under the Exchange Program of the US State of Department. Six girls and six boys were gathered from different parts of Bangladesh and placed in a team. All are students of 9th and 10th grades and they all play in the National Youth Soccer Teams of Bangladesh.
VOA Bangla Service invited them to the VOA Studio and recorded their comments about their US tour. Here an enthusiastic young player, Khaleda Khatun, speaks about her experience.
