Masud Rana, a young soccer player from Bangladesh spoke to VOA about his trip to the US and his experience as a soccer player in his country. He is from Narayanganj.
A team of twelve young soccer players from Bangladesh came to the United States under the Exchange Program of the US State of Department. Six girls and six boys were gathered from different parts of Bangladesh and placed in a team. All are students of 9th and 10th grades and they all play in the National Youth Soccer Teams of Bangladesh.
VOA Bangla Service invited them to the VOA Studio and recorded their comments about their US tour. Here an enthusiastic young player, Masud Rana, speaks about his experience.
