This week's call-in-show focused on the recent British election and the future of Conservative-LDP Coalition Government.

On the 11th of May, Gordon Brown resigned as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom opening the door for Britain's first conservative-led government in 13 years. Queen Elizabeth appointed conservative party leader David Cameron as the new Prime Minister. Now a new government has been formed that will determine the future of the country. Also, Rushanara Ali made history when she became the first Bangladeshi to make it to the British parliament. Our panelists discussed this and more in the call-in-show.

The panelists were Professor Shahiduzzaman currently teaching in the Department of International Relations at Dhaka University, Mehnaz Momen, associate professor in the Department of Social Sciences at Texas A & M International University, and Sagar Chaudhury, journalist and analyst from London.
