Delegates attending a two day Development Forum Meeting expressed their dissatisfaction on matters relating to law and order, corruption, bureaucratic complications and human rights situation. They said they expected a far more progress , but the desired progress has not been achieved. However , they appreciated some progress in poverty alleviation and banking sector.
The meeting was innaugurated in Dhaka on Saturday by Prime Minister Khaleda Zia who acknowledged that inspite of the progress made there has been some lapses in achieving the goal.
