High Court in Bangladesh has ordered the government of Bangladesh to Keep in preventive custody , Anup Chetiya , the ULFA leader from India and other foreigners seeking political asylum in Bangladesh . The high court has also asked Bangladesh government to show cause within next four weeks, why these people would not be granted political asylum in Bangladesh
