In order to enhance relationship between the British capital, London and Bangladesh's capital , Dhaka a twin city agreement was recently signed in London by Ken Livingstone, the Mayor of London and Sadeq Hossain Khoka , the Mayor of Dhaka . The mayors expressed their hopes to increase cooperation and assistance between these two hugely populated cities.
