Begum Khaleda Zia, the prime minister of Bangladesh has proposed for creating an International Digital Solidarity Fund to bridge the technological gap between the developed and the developing nations . She was speaking at UN Summit on Information Technology now being held in Geneva. Delegates from about 175 nations are meeting in Geneva for first ever UN summit on IT.
