The third part of this series looks into the efforts of Ranjeet Kumar Dutta and Shanu Mozammel Khan to publish Bangla newspapers for the Bangalee expatriates. Mr Dutta's efforts began as far back in 1971 and was confined to the publication of a periodical which was circulated amongst the members of the Bengali society while in mid 80's Mr Khan tried to publish commercial newspaper. Both wanted the news to reach the increasingly larger number of Bangalees in the USA .
