Following China's concern and protest about a Liason office of Taiwan in Dhaka allegedly issuing visas, the Chairman of Foreign Relations Committee Barrister Ziaur Rahman Khan as reiterated Bangladesh's policy of treating China as one country. The liason office in Dhaka can only run as a trade office at private level and it will not have any diplomatic functions whatsoever.
