Shafia Alam Munni, a first year under-graduate student of Electrical Engineering, says that she hasnt taken any subject as her minor because she would be concentrating to specific topics in her later years of the undergraduation program. She was also not required to take some compulsory subjects like English and History in which she scored very high in her High School .Shafia is a student with lots of activities focussing on diversity of culture in American Education. She is involved with a number of Bengalee cultural activities and voluntarily teaches Bangla to Bengalee children in Fairfax county .
